When you come for your appointments, please remember to bring the following
- Driver’s License or a valid ID
- Insurance information
- Reports, X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, etc. and any other relevant information
- List of medications (if any)

We are excited for the opportunity to relieve your pain and get you back to function. We will do our best to see you on time, make an accurate diagnosis, and select a treatment plan that matches your needs.
Shoulder and Elbow Steroid Injection Video
It is possible that you may benefit from a shoulder or elbow steroid injection. These can be performed in clinic, or under image guidance. They may provide you pain relief, improved ability to work with therapy, and help me make your diagnosis as accurate as possible.
