At my post-op today (October 19) after healing for 12 weeks, I can honestly attest to not having had any of the pain (actually, no pain) that I had when my right shoulder was replaced a few years ago with a different surgeon.   • Thanks to Dr Chad Meyeroff and his excellent team for their skills & expertise in surgery for my rotator cuff. I worked with Dr Meyeroff to try cortisone shots and PT but I needed to decide on a long term solution to my rotator cuff tears. Dr Meyeroff has excellent research based pre and post surgery recovery & rehabilitation. Furthermore his videos are so informative to help me understand exactly what was going to happen in surgery. I so appreciated all the attention to detail in scheduling pre PT and post surgery PT. Michael Lofbloom PT viewed the surgery procedures for others & was able to explain exactly what was repaired in my surgery. I also received photos to see my repaired tears. Furthermore the teaming between Dr Meyeroff and PT is exemplary in the evidence based rehabilitation phases to help my recovery.   • I had to retire at age 65 due to degenerative osteoarthritis. The simplest things were painful and working was not an option anymore. I ask another physician who they would chose to see for shoulder problems. They said Dr. Myeroff without hesitation. Dr. Myeroff and his team were amazing. I knew what to expect every step of the process. After surgery I followed his direction and everything went smoothly. Eight months later I had Dr. Myeroff replace my left shoulder.   • While in a hurry, I endured a partial tearing of my distal tendon performing a preacher curl. The Urgent Care team at Tria referred me to Dr Meyeroff. After an MRI confirmed the tear, he recommended surgery. He was informative and provided options without being pushy. He and his team answered all my questions, provided information about the surgery, post-op care, and physical therapy. Dr Meyeroff and his team should be teaching a masterclass in hospitality and patient care. Everyone is extremely professional and respectful.   • Dr. Myeroff performed a total reverse shoulder replacement 12 weeks ago. I just had my post-op check up with xrays which showed everything is in place and stable. I have also been discharged from 9 sessions of outside PT. I have gone from 70% difficulty to 15% difficulty using my shoulder. I am pain free and living my life again. I would highly recommend Dr. Myeroff as your surgeon. He is approachable, takes the time to listen, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely choose him if I need my other shoulder replaced.

  • After undergoing a bicep tenodesis post car accident I was still in an excruciating amount of constant pain. I sought to find answers from that surgeon who said we were at the end of our road together and could only offer cortisone injections, which I knew would not fix my problem. After much research in regard to the collarbone I found Dr. Myeroff. From the first consult I felt heard and reassured for the first time in over a year that my pain had a root cause and there was a solution to fix it. I had surgery with Dr. Myeroff in January of 2026 - Collarbone reconstruction with allograft. Today, 4.5 months post-op I am loving pain free for the first time since my car accident in May of 2024. From being told I would likely never live pain free again to his surgery giving me back a pain free life, on the road to make a full recovery to pursue my pre-accident life, I cannot express my gratitude for his expertise and care enough.   • I am not claiming to be a medical expert on joint replacements, but I am experienced after having both knees, one hip and now, thanks to Dr Myeroff and team, a successful right shoulder arthoplasty! 11 months, after surgery, my shoulder feels and functions better than it has for the past 15 years. This was the third, and hopefully final, shoulder surgery, on this shoulder, and I am glad that I found Dr. Myeriff and his team at the TRIA in woodbury! After my surgery, I came to understand the importance of what I am calling the TRIA Trifecta: 1) Great Doctor, (goes to Dr. Myeroff), 2) Great team, (goes to the many helpful and friendly nurses, assistants and TRIA staff), 3) Awesome TRIA facility in Woddbury, MN.   • Our Success Story My husband had 3 tears in his shoulder and arthritis, Dr Myeroff was referred to us by our local doctor. He was thorough and gave us options to decide what we wanted to do.   • I have never broken anything in 71 years, but I took a bad fall on some ice last December and fractured my elbow and ulna. I was scared and unsure of what to expect. I needed surgery which went well. Recovery in the months since the surgery have been good. I’m pretty much back to normal.   • Dr. Myeroff is very patient, kind and knowledgeable. He did not rush to do my shoulder replacement as I am still fairly young. After my 1st consultation he sent me to PT and I was able to wait 5 years! But, alas the arthritis progressed, and I had shoulder replacement surgery on 9/5/25. The surgery and recovery both went excellently :) At only 12 weeks post-op, my shoulder motion was in the normal range for a person with a healthy shoulder in 2 out of 3 metrics!! At 16 weeks I even have good motion behind my back. My PT team have over 45 yrs experience and they have NEVER seen a shoulder replacement recover as much motion as mine :) Tips if you have surgery: DO ask questions (I have a nickel allergy and he got me special hardware). DO read and follow all of the instructions he gives you. DO watch the pre- and post-op videos he made. DO take the meds and suggested supplements on schedule. DO rest and relax as much as possible and just concentrate on healing. DO do your PT exercises at home. And DO enjoy your wonderful new shoulder!

  • Went in for a second opinion on my right shoulder replacement that failed from another surgeon, Dr. Myeroff knew instantly that it failed and new that the way fix it was a revision surgery to convert from a standard replacement to a reverse replacement. I was unable to raise my arm for over a year and within 6 weeks of my revision I had most of my mobility back and no pain. He did a great job and would highly recommend him. Thanks Doc.

  • I had an old shoulder injury that was complicated. I had lost all ability to move my arm. I had a torn rotator cuff repaired, a lower trapezius transfer with allograft, subacromial decompression and biceps tenodesis! The operation was nearly 4 hours in duration. Dr. Myeroff was able to diagnose exactly what was wrong and offered either a shoulder replacement or this procedure that was considerably more involved but offered better mobility with the repaired shoulder. I am 61 years old and have had great success with other joint repairs at Tria over the last several years as have my family and neighbors. I highly recommend this group for complicated injuries and physical therapy. I cannot thank Dr. Myeroff and the team at Tria enough for the outstanding medical attention I received!

I was referred to TRIA and began seeing Dr. Myeroff, who treated me with cortisone injections and other therapies for over a year. They helped temporarily, but the pain always came back. I was honestly terrified of surgery since I’d never had one before, but I finally decided to go through with it, and it was the best decision I could’ve made. From the moment I checked in for surgery, every doctor, nurse, and staff member made me feel cared for, comfortable, and reassured that everything would go smoothly (and it did!). The surgery went perfectly, and just four weeks later, I was already doing my infamous handstands again, pain-free! Now, two months post-surgery, I feel completely back to myself. I was honestly terrified of surgery since I’d never had one before, but I finally decided to go through with it, and it was the best decision I could’ve made. From the moment I checked in for surgery, every doctor, nurse, and staff member made me feel cared for, comfortable, and reassured that everything would go smoothly (and it did!). The surgery went perfectly, and just four weeks later, I was already doing my infamous handstands again, pain-free! Now, two months post-surgery, I feel completely back to myself.   • After checking in, I went over to x-ray and there were five people ahead of me. I waited more than 30 min to get my X-rays. While waiting, all the assisting ATCs stood around and waited with us. The process was a bit awkward and took much longer than I expected. The care from the doctor was great , however. I felt like he listened well and addressed my concerns. The overall appointment was an hour long which just seemed a bit lengthy for my small issue. The care was great, but the X-ray back up was a lot.

  • I had a total shoulder replacement on 2-4-25, with Dr. Chad Myeroff, at the Stillwater Hospital. I’ve been amazed at how well the recovery process has been and how great my shoulder feels. My range of motion is far better than it’s been in years and the daily pain is gone!! Another interesting thing regarding pain was that although I was prescribed a stronger pain medication (oxycodone), I didn’t need anything more than a few Tylenol starting the day after the surgery. I can’t state strongly enough about how happy I am with how the whole process went. The staff at the Stillwater were very professional and made the everything as comfortable as possible. Dr. Myeroff is very thorough in all of his explanations and makes you feel like you’ve known him for years!! 5 stars for every aspect of this procedure!!

  • Currently I am 12 weeks out from my rotator cuff surgery performed by Dr. Chad Myeroff at Lakeside Hospital, Stillwater MN. Going into my first consultation with Dr. Myeroff I was admittedly worried about what was entailed in the procedure, what I had been told by others, and the recovery time expectations. Dr. Myeroff was generous with his time and knowledge explaining to me everything that was about to occur. He had a pain management plan in place and a listing of timeline events to follow. He also gave me links to online videos that he had produced once again explaining all aspects of what I was about to endure. This also included post operation information and treatments, and hygiene advice. Other hospital personnel added that i would be in excellent hands upon learning who my surgeon was going to be. Recently I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Myeroff to check on my progress, explain the next segment of my recovery, and just see how I was doing. I honestly will recommend Dr. Myeroff and his staff to any patients about to undergo similar procedures.   • Dr Myeroff repaired my torn rotator cuff. I had an outstanding experience at Tria with Dr Myeroff. He clearly explained my options at the first assessment meeting. The surgery went very well and the post op follow up appointments were very helpful.   • I suffered a life-altering injury in October of 2023. It has been a long, long road to recovery, but I am super glad I found Dr. Myeroff. He performed ORIF surgery and then removal almost a year later. I had enough plates and screws to build a small deck. It was obviously a pretty extreme break. He has done an admirable job of putting Humpty Dumpty back together again. I am about 15 months out now and my shoulder is doing pretty darn good. If I break any more shoulders in the future Dr. Myeroff will be my first call.

  • Dr Myeroff is an excellent surgeon. He performed a total shoulder replacement on my 93 year old mother with a fantastic outcome and virtually no pain. She did follow his protocol post surgically and had no problems, not even any bruising. He never rushed her through her appointments and explained everything thoroughly. She did have some trouble sleeping initially because of positioning, but purchased a pregnancy pillow which gave her shoulder good support and was able to sleep very well. Anyone who is not a back sleeper should consider this for comfortable sleeping. All in all, we feel that Dr Myeroff is a really nice guy who loves what he does and is superior at it. We would highly recommend him and wouldn't consider having this surgery done by any other surgeon.

He gave me options and explained the differences between a full and partial replacement as well as different materials and options that worked best for me. My recovery was fast and ended PT early.   • Today (Jan 2, 2025) I had my 12 week post-op with Dr. Chad Myeroff. He performed shoulder joint replacement surgery on my left shoulder (Oct. 11, 2024). I am very pleased with the result. It is a huge relief to have no more arthritis pain in my left shoulder. My one regret is that I didn't get this done sooner. The recovery continues beyond 12 weeks of course, but already I am able to return to my regular activities and I feel great. I was worried about the same day surgery, but it turned out just fine.   • I recently fractured my clavicle and required Dr Meyeroff and his team’s care. In a word - exceptional! The team was instructive, very generous and incredibly supportive. The day after my surgery (the clavicle was realigned with plates and screws), I felt better and was on the road to recover.   • I had surgery at TRIA for repair of a displaced left clavicle fracture. I have had this injury/surgery before on my right clavicle and couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience at TRIA and with Dr. Myeroff. Dr. Myeroff took time to assess and answer all my questions and address my concerns. He listened to my request to consider a regional block instead of general anesthesia and shared this with the anesthesiologist. The anesthesiologist was great and was able to do a regional block. My post op recovery was so much better and less painful than my previous surgery. Dr. Myeroff has a pain medication regimen that was very effective. His post op instructions are detailed and clear. TRIA was helpful at making all my appointments in one phone call- from my pre op physical to my post op and PT appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Myeroff.

  • Rotator Cuff Surgery On 12/21/2023 I completed my one year recovery from surgery to repair a completely torn left rotator cuff and detached bicep. When I initially met Dr. M, and reviewed the information on his website I was not so much apprehensive as to the surgery but more so regarding the year long recovery. Especially the six weeks of immobilizing sling requirement. I am 75 years old and thought I would be compromised for the remainder my life. But Dr. Massured me that I could expect a 95% recovery and be able to resume all of my normal activities, if I followed his conservative recovery plan and physical therapy. And now I am and will be forever grateful that I did adhere to that plan. Also deserving recognition and my thanks - Physical Therapist Patrick Michielutti. It was a lengthy recovery, but I believe any less time would have resulted in re-injury and/or a lesser percentage of recovery. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Myeroff.

  • Highly recommend and endorse I became a patient of Dr. Myeroff in November 2021 after initially consulting with him for an injury to my right shoulder. He performed arthroscopic surgery to repair my right rotator cuff with success. I highly recommend and endorse Dr. Myeroff for the following reasons: 1. I achieved a favorable and positive outcome. The pain and immobility to my right shoulder was resolved and 1 year post surgery, I restored full strength and mobility to the shoulder. 2. He communicates well and is transparent.   • I became a patient of Dr. Myeroff in November 2021 after initially consulting with him for an injury to my right shoulder. He performed arthroscopic surgery to repair my right rotator cuff with success. I highly recommend and endorse Dr. Myeroff for the following reasons: 1. I achieved a favorable and positive outcome. The pain and immobility to my right shoulder was resolved and 1 year post surgery, I restored full strength and mobility to the shoulder. 2. He communicates well and is transparent. During my initial consultation, Dr. Myeroff explained all of my options, both surgical and non-surgical, the chances of long-term success and risks associated with each option, and the recovery associated with each option. This detailed explanation allowed me to make an informed decision about the best treatment option for me. 3. His treatment plan with the surgical option was well documented and clear.   • I had a relatively severe shoulder injury requiring rotator cuff surgery. I was told it was one of the worse surgeries to have. Fortunately for me, I met Dr. Meyerhoff. Following his pain protocol as close as possible, my opinion is there was very little discomfort with the exception of wearing the sling. My recovery has been going well and in my opinion, things could not have gone better. I’d also like to say, everyone at TRIA, was as nice as could be. I’m thankful I went to them.

  • Dr Myeroff is one of those Dr's that you hope you will find but rarely do! He listened, cared, was knowledgeable, showed and explained everything to me every step of the way! Always easy to get an appointment and his appointments are very prompt. His support staff is just as wonderful as he is. Nothing seems to work correctly the first time for me but Dr Myeroff knew how to fix it. When he gave me the all clear this morning I would tell you I have 95% of my movement back after a fairly significant break. He doesn't just give up and say I'm done. Thank you Dr Myeroff and team.

I asked a lot of questions. They took time to answer those questions. When I have further questions after my office visit, we talked again and got other questions answered. And then when I went for treatment at the tria facility for surgery that day and everyone was helpful and they explained what was going to happen, everything from the medications I was going to take and also, you know kind of make sure that I was comfortable and then when I got done with surgery that the attention they played to me was wonderful and I thank all of them for the fine work that they did.

Within hours of my fall, the Urgent Care doctor scheduled a same-day appointment with Dr. Chad Myeroff, who performed my surgery the following Tuesday. I began my path to recovery with a confidence that never faltered.   • I fell from a standing position on a bench about 12 months ago and tore my rotator cuff in several places. After consulting with 2 surgeons, I decided to try conservative treatments first, including corticosteroid injection and physical therapy. Following that, I still didn't have the level of recovery I wanted. When I met Dr. Myeroff at Tria Woodbury, he was very friendly, not rushed, and the first surgeon to actually show me my imaging and explain in detail what was out of place or torn and how he would repair it. He used an electronic stylus to draw on the imaging what he planned to do. This was a tremendous confidence builder, I trusted him, and we scheduled the surgery. I am now about 7 weeks post-surgery, and I continue to have complete confidence in Dr. Myeroff, his detailed protocols for recovery (which are both in writing and video), and his team.

  • I met with Dr. Myeroff on Monday, December 20th to assess my repair my broken clavicle. He was very thorough and both treatments, either letting it heal naturally or have it surgically intervened. We came to the decision, mutually, to have it surgically intervened. The best outcome for me. He answered all my questions. He was polite. He was very informative. He made me feel at ease, gained my trust. His secretary came in and got all my appointments lined up and he was also able to schedule me for surgery next Monday So he was excellent, I was able to walk out of there with a plan, of knowing when my surgery was going to be done, and follow up with PT and follow up with a doctor visit.   • I could not be happier with the care I received from Dr. Myeroff and his staff. I was living with a good deal of pain after I tore my bicep tendon, and was so grateful and happy that the condition was able to be treated with surgery. Although surgery is never a fabulous experience, I will say that I can't imagine it going any better than it did, for me. Dr. Myeroff is awesome and used an "endo button" technique to repair my tendon and I am now, about 3 months later, doing amazingly well. I'm so grateful.   • Good day! My name is Joseph Kiel I am a very physically active 55-year-old male. My story is long but I will do my best to keep it short. I fell on the Ice on my driveway January 2021- it hurt my shoulder a bunch to the point where I could barley lift my arm above my belly, after a couple of months of waiting for it to “get better” I finally went to my family doctor. After some test I eventually found myself in Doctor Myeroff’s office and was told things like “this is not a small tear” “old injuries – fall on ice broke the camels back” “will not heal without surgery”. I also sent my MRI results to some friends that are medical professionals – 2 Doctors and a radiologist and they agreed it would not fix itself. Dr Myeroff and his team did a surgery on my rotator cuff April 2021 “ a bunch of work was done” It is now Oct 2021. My advice to anyone having rotator cuff surgery is to follow Dr Myroff’s and his teams instructions to the letter, from pre- operation videos and prep to post operation instructions and therapy. Do not get me wrong for the first couple of weeks it is difficult and being in a sling full time for 6 or more weeks is frustrating but by making the commitment to the program and by following the “rules” and being active in therapy it is amazing how fast things improve. In a nutshell I am so happy with the results, my shoulder is virtually pain free (still sore sometimes but not a big deal) for the first time in 20 years. I have at least 90%+ of my shoulder mobility back and I believe it will continue to improve as I continue to work with the “team” at TRIA and build back strength. Just commit to the program do your part and be honest with the people helping you and good things will happen.   • Dr Myeroff did an excellent job on repairing my left shoulder. He provided a type of reverse shoulder replacement which didn't rely as much on the Deltoid muscle, as my left Deltoid muscle was torn and severely inflamed and in need of healing itself. He stitched the Deltoid muscle and kept me in the sling an extra week. I couldn't move my left hand above my waist without supporting it with the right arm, and now I do everything independently with the left arm. It was a complete success. Now he is treating my right shoulder for the same condition due to many injuries to it in my lifetime.

  • Sports have been a huge part of my life since I was 10 years old. To say I was hesitant to go through the surgical process, commit to the down time, and take the risks of the unknown, is putting it very lightly. I spent nearly 5 years with a loose shoulder that would fully dislocate 30-40 times a year; in sport and daily life. It was inconvenient and painful. Dr. Myeroff did a fantastic job surgically securing my shoulder so that I could return to sport and even took the time to ensure that the scar placement made the least possible impact on my tattoo. Now just 1.5 years out of surgery I’m back to play with no diminished performance!   • Dr. Myeroff is hands down the best surgeon I have ever come across. I have had a serious shoulder injury with chronic pain for over 6 years and have met with several surgeons and it just never felt right. I recently had a baby and my shoulder became much worse. I met with Dr. Myeroff to see if he could help me because the insurance I had was ending quickly. We would be switching to another insurance and I was going to have to meet a whole new deductible before insurance would cover the surgery if I chose to have it. I explained my situation to Dr. Myeroff and he really listened to me and understood what I was going through. I met with him on a Monday and he had me into surgery on that Friday. the insurance would end on the following Monday. Not only did he care about what I was going through but he showed a work ethic that I believe is far and few between these days. He also helped me save thousands of dollars by getting me into surgery so quickly. Today I live without any pain, I can hold my 7 month old baby without any fear of dropping her, and I can work at full capacity again. The words thank you simply do not do enough. Dr. Myeroff, I can never thank you for what you have done for me, my family, and my career. You are special and have given me my entire life back. Thank God for Doctors like you.   • My story starts with a long and painful case of Tennis Elbow that got even worst. I, unknowingly, tore over 50% of one of the main tendons in my right elbow which affected the functionality of my arm, wrist, and hand. I lost much of my range motion and any attempt to exceed my limit was extremely painful. I sought out help through Dr. Paul Schaefer who began my treatment. After going through the wringer with multiple Physical Therapists, Dr.Schaefer discovered my torn tendon and stopped my PT immediately. This is where Dr. Myeroff came into the picture. Dr. Schaefer shared the images of my tendon with him for a consult after requesting my approval to do so. Dr. Myeroff was greatly recommended by Dr. Schaefer and so I agreed. The consult was very informative and thorough. His opinion of the matter was given in layman terms and not full of the medical terms that most of us don't understand. He laid out all my options for my case and what he recommended the next step should be. Surgery was the next step, as I have exhausted all of my other options. Again, he explained the process in simple terms, step by step. Once I had agreed, he at point, pointed out that I could change my mind if I decided to do so. Schedulers came in and put me on the books and explained the process before, during, and after the surgery. I left feeling comfortable with my decision. The day of the surgery was pretty smooth sailing. Dr. Myeroff joined me and my wife in the prep room and once again went through what was going to happen and gave me another chance to back out. I was certain of my decision and we proceeded. I was in and out in a morning's time and was set up quite adequately to keep me comfortable during my recovery time. My wife was briefed on my do's and don'ts, as well as my recovery instructions. Dr. Myeroff set me up with his preferred PT, Cory, that worked pretty closely with him and had a very good understanding of the care plan that Dr. Myeroff was targeting. Through all the good work between Dr. Myeroff, his go-to PT, Cory, and myself, we successfully got me recovered at 100% within three months' time. The best medical story I have ever been able to tell.

  • As a retired Operating Room Nurse of 45 years, I have worked with countless surgeons’ day in and out. However, as a patient it was my first shoulder surgery experience. Dr Myeroff and Tria’s care was absolutely meticulous. His attention to detail and surgical technique was right on. He is a great listener and together you formulate a plan of desired surgical outcomes. Both in the office pre op and there after I felt very informed and cared for. I was important. My incision healed easily to be almost invisible. He used appropriate disciplines to enhance care such as P.T. I would whole heartly recommend Dr. Myeroff for shoulder/elbow care or surgery. His care has made all of the difference.

  • After two failed repairs on my shoulder I sought help from Dr. Myeroff. From the very beginning he and his staff made me feel very comfortable with the proceeds and procedure. The team designed a physical therapy program for pre and post surgery, which served to prepare me both physically and emotionally.   • Dr. Myeroff performed surgery for the tennis elbow I had been suffering from for two years. I wish I would have done it sooner! It's been just shy of 3 months since surgery, and I feel I'm back at 100% and pain free. His staff has been great to work with before, during and after surgery. I have a job that is strenous on the arms. Hopefully, I can keep myself healthy, but I'll definitely go back to Dr. Myeroff for any future issues that may occur!

  • Dr. Myeroff was very kind, caring and helpful with me. I suffered from pain in both of my arms, and ultimately I had to have surgery on both elbows in regards to my ulnar nerve. Dr. Myeroff completed both surgeries for my cubital tunnel syndrome, and I can hold my new born baby without any of my nerve symptoms flaring up. Although I recently had one of the surgeries and am still recovering, I am fully confident that I will be back to normal in no time. The process was not easy, but Dr. Myeroff and his team explored all options and looked into every symptom I was displaying. I could not have had a better experience with a doctor.   • Week 23 post rotator cuff surgery with Dr. Myeroff, and I can’t imagine how it could have gone better. Rehab is a grind, and he did a lot of fixing in there, but RoM is now 95+ and he turned me loose to return to doing activities I love. Rebuilding strength is now primary. I owe a lot to my care team at TRIA Woodbury for their excellent support start to finish. From initial contact to the final checkout everyone I contacted was absolutely superb. I was motivated to work for a great outcome, so were they. When I needed to describe my experiences and ask questions, they listened with empathy and responded immediately. When I needed information, they communicated directly and without hesitation. They seamlessly integrated my pre-existing relationship with my own beloved PTs so we could all get this done together. The whole TRIA care team was tremendous and throughout the entire experience interacting with them for any reason was always something positive to look forward to. Big thanks to Dr. Chad and his amazing, helpful staff: especially Maycee who is a whiz with paperwork and scheduling, Kelley who took me wonderfully through my first post-op, Joel who did a lot of the duty in those tough middle times, Ally who finished me up joyfully, Dr. Mark, Dr. Hoffman, and all the imaging techs and OR staff. Just fantastic all the way around. If I ever need work on my other side I would seek their help again without reservation.

  • Dr. Myeroff was recommended to me by my orthopedist as the best shoulder surgeon in the HealthPartners system. I am so glad I went to him. The entire experience was top notch. Dr. Myeroff quickly and correctly diagnosed my problem and clearly laid out my surgical and non-surgical options. I told him my goals for how I wanted my shoulder to perform and he advised the best option for my specific situation. For me, it was bicep tenodesis. In talking with Dr. Myeroff, I was confident that he would use the most up to date techniques and practices but only ones that have been thoroughly proven statistically. He and his team are friendly and engaging, but are also consummate professionals. Within a month of the procedure my shoulder was better than pre-surgery. I am now 6 mos out from my surgery and ahead of the stated recovery timeline.

  • I just want to say that Dr. Myeroff, his staff are AMAZING!! In January 2020 I slipped on ice and fell immediately coming out of the doors at work and tore three tendons. After my surgery on September 15th, 2020, Dr.Meyeroff came to see me on September 16th, he informed me of how extensive the damage was and that I sure did make him and his team WORK, that is how bad the damage was. While I am still healing and doing my PT, I do feel amazing. Dr.Myeroff is also very proud of how far I have come which makes me incredibly happy. He is Attentive, Caring, Informative, Honest about Treatment and Dare I say Loving? Let me explain, I fell AGAIN on ice on November 16th after a snowfall before my appointment with, I didn't know there was ice, I had to have had to have a second emergency neck surgery because of that fall. The first being in 2016 after I found out I had Spinal Stenosis With myelopathy and had to have a Cervical Laminoplasty. But after this fall it caused severe damage to the surgery I had already had. I just want to say that Dr.Myeroff and his team are AMAZING!!!! I had three torn tendons on my I am from NJ and in 2004 I dealt with doctors that didn’t care about my first pregnancy and I lost my first daughter even after my husband and I BEGGED for them to try so many things right down to them asking them to take her out early and they refused and putting her in an incubator! I lost my daughter being stillborn because they didn’t CARE and didn’t LISTEN. When Dr.Myeroff found out that I had to have Emergency neck surgery on 3/4/2021 he asked me “Brenda, Do You Trust Them?” to ME that makes Dr.Chad Myeroff a LOVING Doctor! The neurosurgeon that did my surgery is retired so I had to see someone else but the same neurosurgeon office. I didn’t trust the first neurosurgeon because he was VERY dismissive of the things I was telling him, so I asked for someone else. But the second one, well she was Fantastic. So you see, not having the original neurosurgeon SCARED me a lil bit, however I Really like my new neurosurgeon and she did extremely well! My decision to tell people that they should come see Dr.Myeroff for their elbow or shoulder is because I Truthfully DO NOT Trust anyone else. The Staff is Friendly, courteous and respectful. After finding out that I fell on ice again his assistant suggested I get yaktrax which I did purchase for my daughter and I as we have the same boots and I do not want her to slip and fall on ice. Most likely at some point we are getting new boots (wink). Dr.Myeroff Truly Cares and I 100% promise you WILL not be Disappointed!! Thank You Dr.Myeroff and Staff for ALL You do and You Care for your Patients! I had Already Trusted Dr.Myeroff as my surgeon being that he did my right shoulder but once he asked me if I trusted them I knew I had made the RIGHT decision. In the future he will be doing my left shoulder because of that fall in November because I am in the GREAT Hands and I Already KNOW He CARES!!

The two Covid screeners at checkin were charming and clearly enjoy their jobs. Ally, the PA who took my history was gracious, thorough and patient. In the past I have seen 7 orthopedists regarding my shoulder and Dr. Myeroff was the most impressive! He was well prepped about my history, asked probing questions and listened as I filled in details. In the end he admitted that he couldn't identify the underlying cause of my pain but gave me new treatments to address the pain. I appreciated his candor.

  • This provider showed me the MRI screen as he explained the procedure he would use when doing the upcoming surgery, He gave us material to read and an app to see how this surgery takes place. He made me feel very comfortable about the surgery and feedback of what I can expect afterwards also.

    One Thing To Most Improve:
    I can not think of anything. I was called in to be seen right away as other times I've had to wait longer and this is probably due to the virus so not so many people are in the waiting area at any one time.

    I appreciate knowing I can contact the team if I have issues, questions, or concerns. I am thrilled with the amount of movement I have, and feel mostly myself again, doing the things I did before, even hitting a golf ball! I was nervous at first, but have no pain. I am kayaking, casting a fishing pole, weeding the garden and weed whipping what needs to be trimmed outside around the house. The pain I do have is sudden, minimal, and usually goes away if I keep exercising the arm. Thanks for the excellent care!

  • This doctor is a talented surgeon and has wonderful communication skills. He was wonderful listener for me and recognized I had a lot of different Health concern. He was able to read the MRI and see it from the inside out because he is a surgeon and find out why the previous doctors have not had the shot in the right place and has not realize what the issues were. He was very helpful and made some important referral and took a lot of time with me, it he was amazing actually as basically TRIA has been for me, but this he is an outstanding doctor and I believe everybody else thinks so too. I think he's well known, but I he would not know he was as well known or important as he is because he took time like I was really important to him not*.

    One Thing To Most Improve:
    TRIA is by far my very favorite place. I have been with health partners for 47 years Group Health as part of that initially. I have a various health issues. And I also was professor and education also did a lot with diversity interaction that sort of thing and I'm very sensitive to how I'm treated and communicated with an absolutely every single person I have ever interacted with at TRIA has no matter who it is in person or on the phone. They have been exceptional the total skill set professional personal everything and they have wonderful doctors. I had Christina Ward who was outstanding. I've had Corey for for my therapy and and he is amazing. He is a teacher he has an amazing *

  • The scapula surgery has been very successful. I still have some minor pain and weakness in my left side during strenuous efforts, but it does not linger for long.
    Dr. Myeroff and his staff have always been attentive to my questions.
    Everyone seemed really concerned about my injury and offered great assurance in the healing process. Their predictions on recovery time were spot on. Thanks for all you have done to restore my left shoulder blade functioning.

    Was very impressed with the whole team! Was nice to have very competent, caring people around. The slight discomfort in my shoulder is only due to the extreme complexity of the surgery and the many movements and actions that stem from that part of the body. The care was excellent.   • Don't know how you could do better. I am very pleased with the outcome and also the Doctors that explained the surgery and when Dr. Myeroff asked how good I wanted my arm to be - he streched his arm out straight and said - in three months it would be as good as it would get. Thanks for the warning.
    Saying that made me take the after therapy serious. I felt you did the best you could and then it was up to me. Very pleased.

  • I couldn't be happier with Dr. Meyeroff and his team at Tria. He always took the time needed to understand my situation/condition and help me underst and the options. I SO appreciate how he and his team worked with me. The surgery I had at Tria went very well and everyone was so helpful, informative, and supportive. I seriously couldn't have been more pleased. Also, while I did report in this survey having some pain, it is not constant or daily as it was before the hardware removal. Also, it continues to improve and I believe I will be in a much better place with this arm when the healing is done. I am VERY happy I had the removal surgery. I can't imagine any way that this whole situation--from the original repair to the hardware removal--could have gone better.

  • Trauma Elbow 6 Month
    everything has been healing well overall. i’ve noticed some shoulder discomfort once I was able to start raising my arm up and extending more. There was no issue initially due to my arm being confined to my body for the healing process. It’s not much discomfort, but probably worth noting at least. I assume part of the discomfort is simply the lack of full motion for those few months. I think too that when I initially fell and had the elbow break, the shoulder was damaged to a degree. I notice the shoulder discomfort mostly when I sleep on that side with my arm up or when I reach up and away from the body. But again, overall healing is on track and I think for 6 months after I have very few restrictions as to what i can do day to day. I appreciate the hard work and positive attitudes from everyone on staff during this process!

  • I have had a lot of health issues in the last 18 months. I have trouble figuring out who to call, which is an HP issue. I call the appointment center (not for Ortho) which says they schedule for HP CLinics, but not Stillwater or Hudson Clinic. I ask if the clinic is tier 1 and they don't know. When I broke my humerous (and wrist), I called two differnet Orthos, so I could be seen. (after trying the regular appointment line.) Now that I am seeing Dr Myeroff, everything is fine.
